Download Tutorial Here and Supplies Here

Things Needed:
**Psp (this was done using version 9 but should work in other versions)
**
My Supplies
** 3 Graphics of your choice (Graphics need to be small. The size we will be using will be 141x129)

~Please note that all settings remain the same unless otherwise stated~

~Before Opening Paint Shop Pro, make sure you have unzipped the supplies to your desktop or somewhere else you can easily find them~

The Header
:

 1.  Open my Picture Template in PSP along with the Dangle tubes and graphics you will also be using...Please minimize all but the Picture Template..

 2.  Duplicate once and close out original. You can do this by hitting Shift + D on your keyboard.

 3.  My Terms of Use will be the active layer. After you have read it, you can right click on this layer in your Layers Palette and Delete

**This template is made for your stationery background to be white, however I know that alot of people prefer colored backgrounds on their stationery, so if you would prefer a color you will have the opportunity to do that later on in the tutorial**

 4.  Bring up the 3 graphics you will be using. Each of them needs to be 141x129 pixels in size. You can do this a couple different ways, and if you are more experienced you can crop as well as resize to get your graphics to this
size. I prefer to use Smart Size when resizing and then once I'm done I go to Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen.

~Please note though that your graphics must be 141x129~

*If you would like help getting your graphic this required size, you can open a new transparent raster image 141x129

**Edit/Copy one of your graphics

**Back to the new raster image and go to Paste/Paste as a New Layer

**Image/Resize and resize your graphic so that it fits nicely within this space. You may have to resize more than once
to get the desired size. Please resize using "Smart Size" and also make sure "Resize All Layers" is Not checked....

**When you are done go to Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen

**Then go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible

**Repeat these steps for all 3 of your graphics

 5.  When you have all 3 of your graphics resized, Make the SB Picture Template the active image.
Using your mover tool, click in the middle of the top photo (on the black)

If you would like to leave this white so your stationery background is white, you can skip ahead to Step 26.

V&H=1, Opacity=50, Blur=2, Color=Black

35. When you are done, close the visibility on your background layer by clicking the eye. Make
sure you click on the top layer to make it the active layer and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible

36.  Image/Canvas Size and make it 1600x575. Placement is Left Middle
If your screen resolution is greater than 1600, please adjust the width to accomodate your needs

37.  Turn the visibility back on for your bottom layer and click on it to make it the active layer

38.  Flood fill this layer using the same background color you chose earlier, or if you are staying with white, please flood fill with white..

39.  Layers/Merge/Merge All (Flatten)

40.  File/Export and Export to the JPEG Optimizer and Optimize at 15 or whatever your preference is....
